Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (EXCLUDING WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

PLEASE NOTE: “NEXT WORKING DAY / 24HRS” EXCLUDES WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS. Also, our shipping is ONLY during the working week (i.e. Monday to Friday for 24 hours / 48 hours deliveries). Orders placed on Fridays will be fulfilled from Monday the next week.

Be sure to keep an eye on your emails as well (check your spam/junk folders as well) for communication from us. Thanks for your continuous support and understanding.

International Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

However, shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status.

If having checked the tracking on your order, and you haven’t received your order as per the tracking information, please contact us at sales@dalgety.co with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
